We had a great fourth of July weekend and I hope you all did, too. The highlight of our weekend was when we had a couple of the families from Jazzie's travel group come to visit us. We live relatively close and we get together a couple of times a year. Once at Christmas and once around the Fourth of July. This time it was our turn to host and the girls had a great time together. They share a special bond for sure.
Not only are they cute, they are silly as well:
Fourth of July itself turned out to be a very rainy day, so we stayed in. Alex came over to hang out with us and I tried to take some family pictures. We did get one decent one of the four of us, but Jazzie was definitely more cooperative than Tahlia was :-)
Yesterday was a much nicer day and we went to a cook out at Matt's sister's house. The weekend flew by and here we are on another Monday. And I want to know if anyone out there has studied Matthewology? I have been studying it for over 18 years and I think I am getting close to mastering it ;-)

I love the pictures of you and Jazzie! Elise scrunches up her face and makes a bunny face every time I come near with a camera these days. Drives me nuts.

Sandra I just love those photos of you and Jazzie, I never have enough of me and the girls. Oh, and that t-shirt for Matt... Perfect! :-)

Isn't it fun that the girls are finally at an age where they'll pose for photos!? I love the silly (and sweet!) faces!

Here's what I have learned in the study of Matthewology (from his pictures on the blog): Matthew looks as though he is always holding a secret joke inside. His smile always seems a little suspicious...like he's planning to water bomb someone. ;)

I love the t-shirt! Whereever did you find it?
Keep smilin!

Sounds like we had about the same weather! At least yesterday was nice. I took today off too and if Amelia ever wakes up we are going to hit an amusement park on our way home today:)
