What a wonderful Tradition Sandra. This was Larkyn's first year to have her own tree to decorate and put in her room. Until you post I hadn't thought about getting Chinese ornaments for her tree as well. Thanks for sharing.

Enjoy your evening

I love this's so sweet.
LOVE your new header. Tahlia's outfit is ADORABLE!

This is such a wonderful idea....and a tradition that they will never forget:)

Cute pictures....and btw, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your new header:)

Polar Bear

I know I have mentioned this before, but I am SO stealing this idea. Just so you know...

I loved this idea from the time I first saw you blog about it. I too have taken on that tradition. My daughter loves her Chinese decorations. It is a wonderful way to initiate conversation with a four year old.

I was thinking about this last night as LeighAnna and I were decorating our big tree. Have you seen little ornaments like this anywhere stateside? I have only 4 big and special ones that I bought while in China.

Until I looked closer and realized they are on chairs, I couldn't believe how tall the girls were. I think that first picture is a glance into the future.

Wanda (At Last...)

I LOVE this tradition you've made for your girls. Such a treasure they will always have as a memory.

What a sweet tradition for them......
