I love this dish. Sometimes I make it with chicken or shrimp, but tonight I made it with beef. You can add whatever vegetables you have on hand. I happened to have broccoli in the fridge. Start by making the sauce:
Mix together 1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce, 1 1/2 Tbs of sesame oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 Tbs of minced ginger, 1 Tbs brown sugar, 1 Tbs agave nectar (or honey), juice of half a lime, chili paste to taste (I use a little then add more at the table so it won't be too spicy for the girls).
Cook 6 ounces of linguine or spaghetti. While the pasta is cooking, saute 10 oz of lean beef which has been cut into strips.
After the broccoli is cooked, add it to a large bowl.
