Tahlia lost yet another tooth today. The school nurse pulled it out :-)
When Tahlia got off the bus, she came running towards me because she was so excited that she had lost her tooth, but then started to cry because her tooth had fallen out of the little box the nurse had given her. She was afraid that without her actual tooth, the tooth fairy wouldn't come.
I told her to go ahead and just write a note to the tooth fairy and leave it under her pillow.
And sure enough, Tahlia found a dollar under her pillow this morning ;-)

Oh, isn't this adorable? My wife keeps our kids' notes for the tooth fairy, and we always have a lot of fun reading them. That's a precious toothless smile from Tahlia.

I find it cute that she really wrote a note to the toothfairy! Her smile is a treasure which should be kept forever. She's lucky to have you as her parents!

Or, you could have left a stale mini marshmallow to trick the poor tooth fairy. That's what we did when my oldest daughter swallowed her tooth. Yuck!

Adorable little gummy smile! Wasn't it just yesterday that Jazzie was sporting that same look?
Cute note! Sure glad the tooth fairy understood completely!
