Well, since I really don't know how to be anything other than totally random on this blog, here is a post with some totally random pictures and thoughts :-)
Ever since before we were married, Matt has made me a heart whenever there is a snowfall. After being together for over 20 years, I'm still not tired of it ;-)
Alex left to go back to London this past Friday. We were his Bon Voyage Party..

The girls got to meet their niece for the first time this past Sunday. Due to the flu outbreak, they were not allowed to visit while Cera was in the hospital. Tahlia could not wait to hold baby L. She loved every minute of it and did not want to give her up. She is such a little mommy ;-)
Jazzie on the other hand wasn't as excited and did not quite know how to hold her.
Jazzie has been wanting me to teach her a new crochet stitch and she has been practicing it really hard. I just love the look of complete concentration and focus!
I started training for the half marathon last week. I've missed training with a group! I'm so glad to be back in training mode again, but it has been so cold and even for this cold weather loving girl, it has been painful to step out the door when the windchill is below zero. But you know what they say:
Speaking of cold weather; a couple of weeks ago I went to push in my side mirror on the van so that I could have more space to pull it out of the garage. Apparently the mirror was frozen and instead of it folding in, it completely snapped. I had to drive around like this for a while until we could get it fixed. How embarrassing!

The other night while we were in the car, the sun was setting and it was so low in the sky that it brought traffic on the interstate to a stop. It was just that blinding! But it was also very beautiful. No worries, Matt was driving, so I didn't endanger anyone while taking pictures!
And last but not least, here is a totally random picture of my sparkly, sassy girl!
