As you may know, I've been struggling for a long time with which direction to take this blog in. While at the bookstore the other day, I saw Rachael Ray's new cookbook. In it she basically took one thing that she ate during her day for one year. Now there's a concept I like. So from now on, I will (attempt) to post a picture of something that I eat every day. A lot of them will be healthy, Weight Watcher friendly things, since I did lose over 100 pounds on the program and have kept it off for over a year now. But some of the things will not be. I love to cook and bake (not always super healthy things!) and I love to try new recipes or make them over to be healthier. I get asked for tips on losing weigh all the time, so hopefully I'll get to share some here.
So to start of my new challenge, here is what I ate for lunch:
A Boca Burger with spinach, banana peppers and mustard, along with some salad.
One of my staples:
I ALWAYS have them in my pantry and freezer. They are only 2 WW points (for those of you who are wondering). I just love me a sandwich and these are perfect to me.
